PAYMENTS

You can pay for your order with Pay Pal, credit card, debit card and prepaid card or cash on delivery (only for Italy).

Payment is not made on the site.

Once you have sent your order, it will be processed and when it is ready (usually within 2 days maximum) we will send you the invoice and you can make the payment according to the method you indicated at checkout.

The payment methods are as follows:

- Cash on delivery (only for Italy): with cash or sight check to the courier.

- Debit or credit card: we will send you a payment link, where you can enter your card details in a secure way.

- Bank transfer: you will find the data to make the transfer at the bottom of the invoice.

Only in the case of payment by bank transfer will we have to wait for the amount to be credited before shipping the order, while with the other two methods shipping is immediate.

Shipments

WENDYKEI entrusts its shipments to the courier DHL and to SDA (EMS) for those countries not reachable by DHL.
You will receive your package in approximately 2-3 working days from the order confirmation date.
Please consider the delivery times indicated as a general estimate.
During high season and sales periods, delivery may be delayed.

- For Italy, shipping costs €7.00 and is free with a minimum order of €100.00.

- For Europe, shipping costs €10.00 and is free with a minimum order of €200.00.

- For non-EU countries, shipping costs €20.00 and is free with a minimum order of €300.00.

Cash on delivery is available only for Italy and there is always a supplement of €5.00.

Customs charges for shipping (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer; for returns we will split the cost and we will bear half of the amount paid.

Shipping to Italy costs € 10,00 and is free above a minimum order of € 500,00
We ship with the TNT courier and they are Express shipments with delivery within 24/48 hours max.
For Europe and non-EU countries, shipping costs are calculated at the moment, after the order has been prepared. We ship with the FEDEX courier and you can choose "Express Shipping" with delivery in 1 working day which has a higher cost or "Economy Shipping" with delivery in 3/5 working days with a cheaper cost.
Obviously these costs will be communicated to you before issuing the invoice so you can decide which type of shipping to choose.
Customs charges (if any) will be your responsibility, but unfortunately we cannot know them in advance.
All our shipments are insured.

Returns & refunds

How to make a return? 

You always have the right to return unwanted items up to a maximum of 14 days from the day the package is delivered to you.

There are two options for returning your return:

1) You can independently arrange for the return by choosing the shipper you prefer.

Insert the item or items you wish to return, together with the order sheet, in the box in which your order arrived (otherwise you can use any suitable envelope or box for shipping).

If you decide to organize the shipment yourself, it will be your responsibility to ensure that the package arrives at its destination. However, please provide us with the tracking number to help our team.

2) If you prefer, we can instead take care of managing your return.
Tell us the dimensions and weight of the package/envelope so that we can inform you of the shipping cost (you can also use a smaller envelope or box to spend less, as long as it is suitable for shipping).
If you accept, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund once we receive your return.
You will then receive an email from DHL containing the return label to attach to the package and a link to organize the collection yourself.

We inform you that in the case of customs duties, we will only be able to know the costs when your return arrives at Italian customs, after which DHL will send us an email for the payment of the duties which we will forward to you.
After you make the payment, the package will be released and delivered to us.

By when will I receive a refund? 

You will receive a refund within not later than 14 days from the date the courier has collected the package at the address indicated by you when booking. If within this time frame you have not received any communication concerning the refund, you can contact Customer Service for assistance by sending an email to info@wendykei.com

What will I be refunded for? 

In case of return, we will refund your items, net of shipping costs and customs duties (if any), with the payment method you used for the initial payment. 

If I paid cash on delivery, how will I receive a refund for my return? (only for Italy) 

For orders paid on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer. Remember to write your IBAN code on the order sheet.

If you receive a defective item, send an email to info@wendykei.com explaining the type of problem and attaching photos of the defect.

We will reply by sending you instructions for collecting it and if we still have the item available it will be sent back to you as soon as we receive the defective item, while if we do not have it available you will be given a refund or a credit issued for your next order.
